Liberty National Golf Club Teaching Center
A.I Rifaat was the Construction Manager for this 2600 SF state of the art golf teaching center. Having only 2 months to begin and finish construction to be open for the 2013 Barclays Championships, the building was completed on time and within budget. It consists of masonry bearing walls,metal stud and drywall partitions,  an engineered lumber roof structure, single ply roofing membrane, EIFS siding, aluminum storefront panels, split system heating and cooling, an in slab radiant heating system and stainless steel coiling and man doors.
